At INTO SCHOOL, our early childhood education is based on internationally awarded pedagogy that encourages children to explore storytelling, music-making, curiosity, and courage. We nurture creativity and confidence, while guiding children to care for themselves, others, and the environment. Children at our playschool learn both Finnish and English.

In addition to our strong everyday pedagogy, we enrich our learning environment through weekly environmental education (INTO Forest) and inspiring projects such as INTO Robotics and INTO Movies. We also support your teaching with high-quality materials like Kide Science and Kipinä.

We are looking for passionate early childhood professionals who meet each child with warmth and enthusiasm, and who want to be part of a joyful and creative playschool community.

We hope you have previous experience in the field, excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, and an enthusiastic, imaginative approach to your work, as well as a desire to grow and develop as an educator.

In addition to your salary, we offer a monthly personal well-being allowance, which you can use in any way that supports your well-being, from exercise and massage to cultural activities or commuting. Our staff have also created their own Fun Friday group, and we organize monthly INTO Yoga sessions for all team members.
